How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or
- Email us at shaileshcs1945@gmail.com with your order ID and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.
What you can expect
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
- Refer to Paddle's Refund Policy for the full terms that apply to your transaction.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app billing portal or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
