1. Who we are
Drawing Checker is operated by Choppers & Roadsters ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service you are entering into a contract with Choppers & Roadsters.
2. Acceptance
By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use Drawing Checker you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. The service
Drawing Checker provides AI-assisted inspection of engineering drawings against user-defined checking guidelines, generating pass/fail reports and verdict summaries.
4. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam.
- Infringe intellectual property or confidentiality rights of others.
- Upload malware, probe, scan, or attempt to compromise the service or its infrastructure.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its outputs at scale.
- Circumvent technical limits, rate limits, or access controls.
6. AI outputs and accuracy
Drawing Checker uses automated and AI-based processing. Outputs may contain errors or omissions and are not a substitute for qualified professional engineering judgement. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them, and for the prompts, guidelines, and drawings you submit. You must have the rights necessary to upload any content you process through the service.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including the software, UI, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan. You retain ownership of the drawings and guidelines you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display them solely to provide the service to you.
8. Payment, billing, and taxes
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, currency conversion, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
9. Service availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle (paddle.net) or the in-app billing portal.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
